JY285 - Smoked Lager

A strain that originates from Bamberg from a very famous brewery brewing lagers with smoked malts. This strain leaves more body and attenuates less well compared to other lager yeasts, leaving room for the typical smoke character coming from the malt in smoked malt based lagers.
