Natural yeast that works well for hazy IPA and other fruit-forward styles. It has a natural beta-lyase activity and is well suited to release thiol aromas and flavors. Non-GMO well suited for breweries that cannot or do not prefer to use GMO yeast. Attenuates well. Strong passionfruit/grapefruit character.
